ARC Laboratory Services provides a comprehensive range of concrete testing to AS 1012 and ASTM standards. Our fresh concrete testing covers slump, slump flow, T500 and J Ring assessment, air content, unit weight (MPUV), bleed, and trial mix preparation. For hardened concrete strength, we conduct compressive strength testing to AS 1012.14, flexural strength, indirect tensile (Brazil Split), and grout and mortar compressive strength in 50mm and 75mm cubes. We also test fibre reinforced concrete and shotcrete for flexural toughness using the round panel method to ASTM C1550. Our durability testing includes drying shrinkage to 56 days, water permeability, carbonation depth, and acid soluble chloride and sulphate analysis for both concrete and aggregate. These services support quality assurance, mix design verification, and compliance testing for building, civil, and infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
