ARC Laboratory Services provides on-site concrete sampling and fresh concrete testing to AS 1012 specifications. We offer Sampling and Slump to AS 1012.1 and AS 1012.3.1, and Slump Flow, T500 and J Ring assessment to AS 1012.3.5 for self-compacting concrete, each available with or without cast and crush of test specimens. We also measure Air Content by the reduced air pressure method to AS 1012.4.2, Unit Weight (MPUV) to AS 1012.5, and Bleed to AS 1012.6. Additional services cover mould casting and crushing of extra cylinders, and Preparing a Trial Mix in the laboratory to AS 1012.2. These services support quality assurance and mix design verification for building, civil, and infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
