ARC Laboratory Services provides aggregate density and water absorption testing to AS 1141 specifications. We measure Particle Density and Water Absorption for both coarse aggregate to AS 1141.6.1 and fine aggregate to AS 1141.5, providing the key material properties used in concrete mix design, pavement design, and aggregate source assessment. We also conduct Bulk Density testing in both uncompacted and compacted states to AS 1141.4, which is used to determine volumetric yield and storage requirements. These tests are essential inputs for construction material approval and quality control across Western Australia.
