ARC Laboratory Services provides hardened concrete strength testing to AS 1012 and ASTM standards. We conduct Concrete Compressive Strength testing to AS 1012.14 on cast cylinders, the most widely specified concrete compliance test for structural and civil applications. Flexural Strength testing to AS 1012.11 is available for pavement and flooring applications requiring beam specimens cast in sets of three. Indirect Tensile Strength testing by the Brazil Split method assesses tensile capacity for pavement design. For fibre reinforced concrete and shotcrete, we provide Flexural Toughness testing using the round panel method to ASTM C1550. We also conduct Concrete Drying Shrinkage testing on sets of three specimens to 56 days. These services support compliance, mix design, and quality assurance for building, civil, and infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
